ZUNL provides or arranges business communications capabilities that may include SMS, voice, email, routing, reporting and support. Availability varies by country, carrier, provider, sender type and approved use case. This website does not guarantee acceptance, coverage, price or activation.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and current company, sender and contact information.
- Obtain and document all consent required for each recipient and message type.
- Honor opt-out, suppression, quiet-hour and frequency requirements.
- Ensure message content, links, landing pages and sender identity are not deceptive.
- Comply with applicable law, industry standards, carrier rules and provider policies.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use ZUNL for unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, impersonation, credential theft, unlawful financial promotions, illegal goods, malware, harassment, evasion of carrier controls, purchased lead lists without valid consent, or any activity likely to harm recipients, networks or our reputation.
5. Review, suspension and termination
We may request additional records, limit traffic, pause a campaign or suspend access when needed for security, compliance, carrier requirements, abuse prevention or nonpayment. We may terminate service for material or repeated violations.
6. Third-party networks
Delivery may depend on third-party communications providers, carriers, registries and destination networks. Their policies, outages, filtering and registration decisions are outside our direct control.
7. Fees and payment
Any applicable fees, taxes, funding requirements and payment terms will be stated in an order, quote or account interface. Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, used communications capacity is non-refundable.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
ZUNL, its visual identity, website content and service materials belong to AdorePaw Global LLC or its licensors. Customers retain their content and grant us the limited rights necessary to provide the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery of every message. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where limitation is prohibited by law.
